Explain in plain English what an executable does

## Synopsis

Generates a plain-English explanation of an executable: what it does, how it works step by step, what inputs it takes, and what to watch out for before running it.

```shell
mochi ai explain <verb> <executable-id> [flags]
```

## Options

| Flag | Type | Description |
|------|------|-------------|
| `-h, --help` |  | help for explain |
| `-o, --output` | `string` | Output format: text or json (default "text") |

## Options inherited from parent commands
